Paul reached out personally as well to let me know he was en route.
He arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained my options for the needed repairs/replacement parts.
The work was performed quickly and professionally, despite my talking and asking questions about the process the entire time.
Once completed, the door performed perfectly and was much quieter as well.
