I would give ten stars if I could.
Gavin and Zar showed up on time to install three new garage doors and openers. They explained what they were going to do and got right to work.
Ten hours later, the work was complete. The work area was all cleaned up. The doors look great, and the operation is smooth and quiet.
A few days later, I had some trouble with the wall-mounted switch (full disclosure: I fooled around with it and messed up the programming).
I called Gavin for some quick tips, but he insisted on coming over himself to show me the procedure. At 6:30 in the evening!
He said it was his due diligence to make sure I understood everything about the new system. That’s GREAT customer service!
