We have had great service from Fawley Overhead Door for a number of years now. I highly recommend them, from emergency service to new door and opener installation.
I had a two car wide wood door that was original to the house built in 1960. Over the last five years it has needed springs 3 times and it also wore out my opener. In short, it was in disrepair. Each time I called Fawley Overhead Door, my service needs were promptly handled - two times even had same day service. After the third spring broke, I went to their showroom and spoke to the owner about a new door and opener. Tom put together an excellent package for me.
Although he said he would have to order the door and it would take two weeks, he offered to install the new opener the next day so we wouldn't have to open the old door manually in the winter. That was great. I now have my new door as well and it looks and operates great.
Five stars to Fawley Overhead Door. I highly recommend.

Fawley Overhead Door has excellent customer service. Friendly and will do what they can for you. I called first thing in the morning and couldn't schedule an appointment till two days later but they would come at some point that day and get my car out for me. Turns out the tech ended up doing the repairs the same day. Bravo Fawley. Highly recommend this company.

I would recommend them to anyone needing a new door or repairs on your garage door. I called at 3:30 pm and explained that my spring had broken and I was unable to get my car out for the up coming Memorial Day Holiday.They said they would see what could be done and by 5:15 pm the door was repaired and I can now enjoy the Holiday!!
